As Quality Manager (f/m/x) - Complaint Governance & Process Excellence, you will oversee the governance and performance of the Complaint Management process and related systems at Sysmex Europe. You ensure effective, compliant and continuously improving processes while acting as Subject Matter Expert and central contact for Complaint Management across Sysmex Europe and our EMEA affiliates.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Governing the Complaint Management process at Sysmex Europe, ensuring alignment with internal procedures, quality standards and regulatory requirements
• Monitoring and evaluating process performance through defined KPIs and quality metrics to ensure effective and compliant Complaint Management
• Analyzing process data, trends, risks and deviations to identify improvement opportunities and derive appropriate actions
• Coordinating the follow-up and escalation of process-related issues, compliance risks and performance gaps with relevant stakeholders
• Acting as Subject Matter Expert for Complaint Management processes and related systems, providing guidance and support to Sysmex Europe and EMEA affiliates
• Serving as a central point of contact for Complaint Management governance, process and system-related topics across EMEA
• Performing defined responsibilities within the Complaint Management system, including acting as Complaint Manager and QM Approver in accordance with applicable procedures
• Supporting audit and inspection readiness, process harmonization and continuous improvement in collaboration with relevant Quality and business stakeholders

Ideally, you bring the following qualifications and strengths:

• Degree in Quality Management, Life Sciences, Healthcare, Engineering, Business Administration or a related field
• Professional experience in Quality Management, Complaint Management, process governance or a comparable role within a regulated environment
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems, compliance requirements and process governance principles
• Expertise in Complaint Management processes and the ability to provide structured guidance, troubleshooting support and subject matter expertise to diverse stakeholders
• Analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data, identify risks and gaps, and derive effective improvement measures
• Stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions, countries and organizational levels
• Continuous improvement mindset combined with a high degree of ownership, accountability and solution-oriented thinking
• Fluent English skills
